Ok, Where should I begin. Here goes.

First of all, the roaches. When we moved in, we were told there were no roaches and if we see any to call for termination. They come out every Friday. But what they fail to tell you is that once you get sprayed for roaches, you have to wait for at least 3-4 weeks before they will come to spray again. But in the meanwhile, you get to eat with the roaches. What??s wrong with this, is that the roaches are immune to the spray that they use. The roaches walk thru and are not even bothered by it. Then when you keep calling for termination the office people want to give you a list of things to do to keep your apartment clean. Frankly it doesn??t matter how clean your house is, if you have roaches it is hard to get rid of them in a complex.
Second of all, the maintenance sucks. A. They never get the job done in a timely manner. B. They never bring the correct tools for the job intended. C. They are rude to the tenants. D. They do a half a** job and call it good until it breaks again. Then they want to blame you for busting it. FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME PEOPLE.
Third of all, the security of this place is unbelievable. It??s sad when you can??t send your kids out to play by themselves for fear that the neighborhood kids are soo ghetto that they don??t care who they fight just so long as they get into a fight. Then there is a security guard who patrols the grounds. There is a different guard here every night and then they don??t look like they could fight their way out of a brown paper bag. This apartment complex is known as the cop shop to many people because the police are always here, almost every night. Go ahead and look out your window here and chances are you will find a cop car in the parking lot. How safe is that. In my opinion, not safe at all.
Forth of all, the office people need to take some lessons from Miss. Manners because they are rude as sh**. They feel like they can talk to you any way they want. They must feel that because you don??t make much money and all you can afford is there cheap a** rent that it is ok to talk down to you.
Fifth, They must not care of how the apartments look. When something breaks lets not replace it and care how it looks to other people let just fix it half a** and continue to let the complex look bad. I know many people who live in other complex who get their apartment updated but not Bayvue.
So in conclusion, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Even if it cost you another hundred dollars to move some place else. Spend your money there. I??m sure they will treat you better there.

This is all true. Within the past week I've seen cop cars and ambulances at least every other day. It's always something.

we lived there for about 3 months before we broke our lease and moved out. (we got the state housing commission involved and a couple of attorneys. we say the ambulance pull a dead body out from behind the dumpster one night and another night we had cops knocking on our door asking for the resident because we was wanted for murder!!!! we had enough and moved out of there FAST!!!!

Oh my goodness! R u serious? My daughter's father lives there with his siter and they never said anything like that 2 me, but i guess they must not pay attention 2 it either. I was looking on 4ward to moving till i ran into this comment, but hell with that now, i wanna move 2 Woodbridge but not in Bayvue.That just dont make no damn sense.

I agree with u soooooo much. Before we moved into our apartment they told us the same thing. no Roaches and they are very strict with them. First I would see one or two bugs. And oneday they called me and told me they were coming to spray for roaches. ANd after that it was over. the spray pretty much brung all the roaches out. And now at night I cna't even turn my kitchen and bathroom light off becuz I know that if i do they will be running like ---- when i turn the light on. And yes they do try and blame everything on you. They wait until u leave for w awhile and when u come back there's a note on your door saying something happen while you were gone and maintenance had to come into your apt. And Patty and Debbie thats their names the two females that work in the office yea they are very rude. And i'm moving in a few weeks and calling everyone that I can on BAYVUE.
