For anyone considering renting at Bayvue apartments, DO NOT! I would live in my car instead of that dump if I had the option. I have read some of the other reviews, and agree 100% that the apartments are dirty and disgusting ... and every morning I had roaches climbing out of sink drains and falling out of the cabinets. As far as someone's comment "try cleaning" goes, it doesn't matter when the building is infested with them. I lived there for two months and ate fast food every night due to the roach problems, and still had them everywhere. In addition, the leasing staff is completely incompetent and bothered me repeatedly at work for two days over a mistake that THEY had made, then continued to call and harass me even after being told not to. As an added warning ... when you try to leave they will gouge the hell out of you financially. I had to pay an additional months rent due to putting in a notice to vacate on the first instead of before the first, then they tried to tack on an extra $475.00 as a "beautification fee" which isn't in the lease nor did the leasing agents know anything about it, and to make it even more ridiculous I was only there for two months. When you wonder why the rent is so cheap compared to other apartments, now you know. The place is a roach infested slum which is only a small step up from the projects and needs to be torn down. Avoid at all costs if you move to Woodbridge.
*** As an update, the apartment manager did work with me and corrected the rent and charge issue, which was appreciated. ***
