This is the worst place to live PERIOD! We moved from another state so we had no idea what we were getting into. The roaches are horrible, no matter how clean a person you are. They just come from all the other people in the building. The noise is insane and the management doesn't do anything about it. They actually told me to keep a record of how many times the noise was unbearable. Like it was MY job to control it. There are drug baggies throughout the property, even on the playground as well as USED condoms. Going to another building to do laudry was an awful experience. I caught people actually going through everyone else's laundry and the management's response to that was to carry it to another building farther away!! It got to the point where my daughter and I wouldn't even go outside until my husband got home because of all the hoodlums hanging out on the steps. Even the 10 year old's had fowl mouths! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with everything that you say in addition to poor management. Most of the lights are out in the parking lots, which only contribute to crime. Management won't do anything unless you threaten to take them to court which I am in the process of doing! The only advise I could offer to you at this point is to document everything and take it to court!
