the assistant property manager is very rude and has little intelligence. the other staff probably only have half a brain if any. the neighbors are friendly but i really dont think this place is worth moving into, i cant wait to get out.

I totally agree with you. You have a right to your opinion. I've read some of the responses to what people have to say about the people who's making their statements. Everyone has a right to voice their opinion. With the negative feed back that is probably coming from someone on the staff is sounding like -Oh faithful give me a break- We all know that everyone living in Bayview is not treated the same. We can only voice our opinion of what we've seen, heard, or how we've been treated. We, or I can't expect everyone to be on the same level. Within all honesty "Bayvue" needs to remodel these apartments. They are so old and with the noise coming from your the heat and A/C is totally ridiculous, and the say it's nothing they can do about it. The walls are paper thin. This is the first time I've ever lived in and apartment that the walls are so thin. Your neighbor doesn't have to tell you what they're doing or has already done. The bugs aren't that bad.. it all depends on our neighbor. When you spray your apt. Look out for the neighbors. The gel the extermnators use isn't good at all. It last for one week and that's it. Good Luck to all that comes to "Bayvue".. don't make it your first choice unless all else fails.
