i love these apartments overall and they are clean and new looking. its always quite and the neighbors are nice. i agree with the trash it is a little inconvinient i have to put the trash in the car then drive it down the road..but im glad its not next to the complex ! so maybe thats a good thing. also a couple of the managment are rude at times and will take a little longer to fix problems when i got to them diretly but i jst submit my maintnence issues online at keller.com and its taken care of right away! maintnence are nice but kind of annoying when they need to enter for pest control and im sleeping and i hear a loud *hello* already in my house. they always let you know with a days notice when they are comming though. sometimes you dont know when if its something other for pest control. also pet rent is crazy with 30 a month plus 500 non refundable fee. what' but other than that its the best area nice walking path, tennis court. small workout room, pool is small also...but if you want a nice place, convinient nice upper class area this is it!
