I have not had any problems with CCC. It is a good neighborhhood, parking may not be so good, depends on the building you live in. There is only one trash compactor on the property, which really would not be a problem if the residents would put the trash inside of it. There will be times when it is completely full but you should not block the path to the door of the compactor, maint. still needs to pick your trash up, would you want to clean up others trash' The only situations come from other residents who leave trash by their front door, and the ones who allow their children to run around unsupervised.
I recommend this complex. Great location, quiet neighborhood and safer than most.
