The inside of the apartments are nice and clean..a few ants in the summer time, but that didnt bother me. The walls however are so paper thin I can hear my upstairs neighbor cough, sneeze, laugh, use the bathroom and pretty much everything else she does. God forbid you are in your twenties with no kids and have neighbors with kids. You can hear EVERYTHING. I understand thats what you get when you are in an apartment though. The maintenence guys are nice and do try everything in their power to fix things, they just arent that good at it. My bedroom window leaked every time it rained, and for a year it was never fixed. I actually had to replace my bedroom set because of the water damage. The office staff is probably the worst group of people ever to manage an apartment complex. They are so rude, have no personality, and even when you are paying your rent they act as if you are bothering them. "Pest control inspections" are once every 3 months or so, which are more like snooping inspections to check on you. I love waking up to people I dont know in my living room. The last one I had the guy told me I should put my milk away!! LEAVE ME ALONE! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! They give hardly any notice as to when they are coming, and instead of just changing the air filter they actually go though your entire apartment! The guy looked in my closets, under my bathroom sink, my pantry, EVERYWHERE! I was in the process of re-newing my lease (like an idiot), and forgot a few items that they had requested and immediately received threatening eviction notices. I moved to Rosemary Ridge apartments in Manassas, and it is 100% better. I've had only 1 inspection in almost 5 months, and they were in and out, actually apologized for the inconveniece!!! And the ladies in the office here are amazing, remember your name after the first time they meet you! You could get lucky and not have loud neighbors, and no complaints at County Center but I doubt it. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
