All I have to say is good luck with the leasing office. These people are the laziest leasing employees you can imagine.If you don't mind waiting a month for them to process your application, then this is the place for you. The employees here will sit on their lazy asses. You will have to do your own follow-up on your application. You will here every excuse from they never received a fax you sent them to it's the holiday so we're backed up. I should have taken the advice of the other people who wrote other reviews. Then I would not have waisted a month waiting around for these people.

From working in the banking business for 13 years. I can see people don't always know what goes on behind the scenes per say. I realize that rules and regulations must be followed to run a business. It's like going out to dinner. Your waiter has more than one table he is working with, along with cooks in the back who he pushing every minute to get your order to the table, he also has a bartender he must contend with to get your drinks. All while taking orders and requests of many other tables and upholding the standards of the diner. In laments terms, things happen that sometimes people don't understand. Until you are in that person shoes you should never judge. If you are not one to follow rules or patient you will have problems in life. All I know is when I applied they did everything possible to help me with my application. I was told they are in the "business of renting apartments not having vacant units" Anyone in business, knows without income or sales, corporations can't survive. Since I've been here I have had nothing but great service from the staff. I have attended many great community parties with my children and would hate to leave this community. I know someday I will buy a house and move on. But for now County Center Crossing is the place for me and my family. It's always the people that have issues in their lives that have problems when employees must do there job. Remember you are not the only person in this world. Next time instead of getting mean possibly see what you can do to help. Two people are always better than one.

I am glad that you like County Center Crossing. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same "perfect" experience that you had. Then again, I am very happy that I didn't tie myself to County Center. I just finally made up my mind and bought myself a condo a few miles down from you at the Lake Ridge Condominiums right by the lake. So you're happy and I'm happy. End of story.
