I agree with the other poster who said the office staff are really nice and sweet, until you move in. Then they are hateful and back stabbing and unhelpful.
If you have a larger dog be very cautious about moving here. Actually I wouldn't recommend moving here if you have any pets. You see they do inspections quite regularly here. They sometimes give you notice at 5 pm. that they will be inspecting your apt. the next day, supposedly for cracks in the walls, checking the blinds and changing your air filter. This has occured 3 times over the past 4 months. A bit excessive. I made the mistake of complaining; well actually I called to tell them my dog would not be crated on this day because he was getting sick and if he does I'd prefer it be near the front door on the tile so it's easier to clean. Jennifer, their new employee, was very rude and told me I could not deny them access and could be charged for that. I came home that day to a threatening letter stating I would be evicted if I didn't get rid of my dog immediately. It said "It has been brought to our attention that you have an illegal dog, a pitbull." This dog has been on my lease and I have been paying monthly pet rent for him for several months. Also I have written permission from them to have him. I had a pet interview with their staff and they took a picture of my dog to put in my file. My dog is an American Bulldog mix. They have his vet records stating that. This is the type of stuff they do to you here if you try to stand up for yourself or complain about their harrassment. They feel they are above the law. We will be in court fighting this out soon. We wanted to move soon anyway but I am not being kicked out in this way after following the rules and paying a $500. pet fee along with monthly pet rent of $60.
This is insane. So all of you pet lovers looking for a home, please do yourself a favor and stay away from here. The people working here are unprofessional, illiterate and down right nasty to deal with. They are far more concerned with smoking cigarettes than doing their job properly. We were told Saturday when we went in to get a copy of our lease, since they never gave us one, that they don't generally give you a copy of your lease unless you come back in and request it. What the heck' Trust me, you don't want to live here. They will inspect to look for issues but if your windows leak water in every time it rains you won't be able to get anything done. They're far more concerned about a blind being messed up.

Well I have to disagree with you, I have had nothing but a great experience at County Center. I moved here in 2004 for two years and moved away and came back because of the great experience that I had with them. The office staff have alway been very helpful with me and I have always been given more than 48 hours notice for my inspection. I would recommend County Center to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to call home.

Update: I called Kettler management's regional office to tell them of the situation with my dog. I was told they made a mistake and didn't handle the situation properly. The woman said the manager should have made an appointment and talked to me instead of just threatening to evict me. I told her I had already given them vet records and have been paying for my dog all along. She agreed that was true, however she told me I would need to get a letter from my vet stating what breeds my dog was. So, basically they wanted me to prove his breed again. There was no apology for threatening to evict us. My neighbors also told me the office staff were asking them what breed my dog was. (instead of talking to me) Also, the notice we got had a forged signature on it by their newest employee who has only been on the job for like a month. She is the one I had the disagreement with on the phone. The manager was on vacation and she took it upon herself to issue this letter and sign his name to it. Even though the regional manager said the situation was handled poorly she basically stood behind them and told me I had to understand they deal with lots of people and have to follow strict rules. Well, we don't have to understand or accept this kind of treatment and we promptly gave our notice to vacate. I will be so happy to leave. This situation has prompted us to quickly buy our own home so we don't have to deal with this type of ridiculousness again. Unfortunately when you rent you are at their whim. Think twice before renting here!!!
