From working in the banking business for 13 years. I can say people don't always know what goes on behind the scenes per say. I realize that rules and regulations must be followed to run a business. It's like going out to dinner. Your waiter has more than one table he is working with, along with cooks in the back who he pushing every minute to get your order to the table, he also has a bartender he must contend with to get your drinks. All while taking orders and requests of many other tables and upholding the standards of the diner. In laments terms, things happen that sometimes people don't understand. Until you are in that person shoes you should never judge. If you are not one to follow rules or patient you will have problems in life. All I know is when I applied they did everything possible to help me with my application. I was told they are in the "business of renting apartments not having vacant units" Anyone in business, knows without income or sales, corporations can't survive. Since I've been here I have had nothing but great service from the staff. I have attended many great community parties with my children and would hate to leave this community. I know someday I will buy a house and move on. But for now County Center Crossing is the place for me and my family. It's always the people that have issues in their lives that have problems when employees must do there job. Remember you are not the only person in this world. Next time instead of getting mean possibly see what you can do to help. Two people are always better than one. I believe if this property did not check up on living conditions, bugs, pets and etc. This place would soon be a dump like so many Woodbridge properties. If this staff didn't care about the property, the people and the animals this place would be a haven for bad and ugly things. I don't mind the inspections in which I usually receive a 72 hour notice in writing because I know someone cares. I have friends in other states living in apartments and they rarely see anything repaired nor do they have any parties or events. Once I move to a home I will no longer have the maintenance men, swimming pool, fitness center, business center with computers and people who spray for bugs routinely for free. If I want all that I mentioned in the prior sentence, it will be at a price when I decide to own. What I gather from folks in the past reviews is that it seems that they had something to hide. If there are no problems or nothing to hide then wouldn't you be able to just talk it out like adults with the staff and move on. Visit County Center Crossing and you will be very satisfied!

This person probably works for County Center. First of all, I stated in my review that I DID FOLLOW THE RULES. That is why getting an eviction notice was so upsetting. Secondly, you don't know what was said, so unless you work there how do you know I was mean? I didn't say anything other than my dog was sick and it was "enter at own risk" and that they just did an inspection 30 days prior so this was a bit excessive. If that is mean than you (and they) are pretty thin skinned. Just because you don't want some strangers poking around your home does not mean you have something to hide. You are obviously a brown noser so no wonder why you haven't had any problems. They like you, although I still say you work for them. I am actually speaking for many people in my building. It is not just me with issues because I have problems in my own life. Talk about judging people. Who the he** are you? Sounds like you are judging everyone else. Everyone I talk to in my building has had problems with the staff. So I guess we are just all messed up, according to your logic. By the way, just visiting an apt. complex won't tell you anything. I thought it looked great before moving in also. That is precisely why they have this website. So you keep your nose right where you have it and you'll have no problems. They like that. I choose to live my life, in privacy. That doesn't make me wierd or like I have something to hide. I think it's pretty normal to not welcome invasions. What's this? "In laments terms" Perhaps you meant in "laymans terms." Before you try to sound intelligent and "explain" something to those of us who need it broken down, as you tried to do, you might want to figure out how to use the english language first and how to spell. "must do there job" should be "their job." And yes, they will be very helpful with your application. Of course, duh, they want your money. They are sales people. Just like car salesmen, they will be extremely helpful getting everything in order for you to buy a car. Go back to them a few months down the road with a concern; they might not be as helpful. One more point; I do have the right to be judgemental when someone is threatening to kick me out of my home unjustly? Are you kidding? Did you even read the post? First of all, there was the threat to be evicted. (I have children too) Secondly, it was in retaliation, which has since been proven and the eviction lifted. You should go back to school because you don't know how to spell or read apparently. They have this neat thing on computers now called spell check. Maybe you should try it out. Good day.......

Yes she does and her name is------------------! Check her resume she worked at both the bank (as a teller) and she was a waitress (in laymans terms she's a drunk!) Sad women really. She has no choice but to live carelessly through her sister which by the way is PAID!!! Guess u should have stayed in College huh -----. haha
