I work on Quantico, so the drive is a little crappy, but only because of Dale Blvd.
(This is no one's fault)

My Apartment is actually very nice, and was from the start. The balcony is a bit small but adequate.

The Staff isn't bad, but you need to really have patience when explaining things to them.

Maintenance is good, and has been pretty responsive. As far as fellow tenants, some are annoying, but generally not bad. People need to stop speeding through the parking lots, though. And yes, the dumpster situation gets bad once a week, but people need to realize you can close the dumpster and every 3 closes, it starts to electronically compacts the trash, and keeps the levels down, but some people are THAT lazy.

It's a clean area, though. I feel pretty safe there as well.


I don't think we've ever had a surprise inspection, because the psycho below us keep a pitbull, AND this huge green trash can, which seems like it was stolen off the streets of some other place (the kind with the rollers and recycle emblem)
