Never in a million years did I think I would be a single Mom at 38 with 3 small children. Being that I have never lived on my own, I was talking to a friend who just also happens to be the courtesy officer. I was looking for a safe, nice and secure area to live for myself and children. He directed me to Stephanie and Jen. I can't put into how professional, wonderful and helpful they have been to me.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Total turn around for processing was 4 days. Being that I have never lived on my own and now I have 3 children to care for, I was concernd I wouldn't qualify. I screamed in Jenns ear when I was given the news I was in!

Area is quiet, nice, clean and safe. For the most part, I really don't hear my neighbors. Now that its warm, we visit the pool quite often! Thanks Stephanie and Jen for helping make it a home!
