Trash compactor never working

The trash compactor has always had problems since over 1 year ago. New staff never answers the telephone during the day. The breezeways should be cleaned daily. Although the maintenance guy is very friendly and prompt with maintenance request. Bravo (MG!!!! Whenever I moved in over a year ago, I was informed by two other residents that they're were several breakins. This is very scary, I live in one bldg. that a breakin occured.
