I feel a little differently about these apts.

I too live in these apts. and have been here since 2003 also, almost 2 yrs. now and have really very little to none as far as complaints on these apts. I live in probably one of the quietest buildings in these apts so perhaps that is why. I do, however, have one complaint that comes to mind, and that is the unsupervised young (8-12 yr. old)children. They tend to play in the middle of the parking lot and have thrown balls and actually broken the car window of a friend of mine, with one of the balls right before they fled the scene. It makes me wonder if some of these children have parents''' One child in particular (new to the area) is very rude and vulgar and perhaps potentially destructive. I know nothing about prior break-in(s) so I can not vouche for that, perhaps it is a rumor or perhaps it is in fact true, as I said, my building appears pretty peaceful in my opinion. For the most part however, I can't complain and am pretty content with everything (pretty much) here, sure, the trash compactor may have an occassional incident here or there, but that's (in my opinion), not a big deciding factor for being disatisfied. It is a great location and the apts. look great both on the outside and in. I do however, wish for a better playground for the children (it only has one slide and nothing else). vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
