I recently moved into ??The Crossings?? and so far it has been a more pleasant experience than what I had expected. There has been no serious problem with noise coming from the residents; the only issue has been with the late night traffic on the Parkway disturbing the quietness. (Ex: Loud music from cars, racing cars, motorcycles etc.)
With just a few minor ??blemishes?? in the unit, the construction of the buildings appear to be decent.
Safety does not seem to be an issue, the parking lot is lit adequately and the halls to the units are lit very well.
The new property Manager is helpful; she seems to take care of things as she can.
*The only major concern is the parking. The spaces are very small in size and the amount of spaces is minimal. Regardless of how safe an area is, I am not comfortable with coming home late in the evening/night and having to walk the length of a whole building to get to mine. Even the ??extra?? spaces at the end of the development that are not near any of the units get almost full to capacity.
