MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE

I am currently dealing with a problem with car damage because of a rusty irrigation system that ruined many families cars in the area. Management avoids my calls. The rust is all over my car and probably more than 10 other families. The rust won't come off the cars even if you get it professionally cleaned. The rust won't even come off the windshield. I can't afford to get this repaired even with my deductable. Management won't pay. When you think you can come home and rest easy our car gets rust sprayed all over it. Ain't this a B*&%$.
When old management was around we didn't have all these young teenagers hanging out in the stairwell. Now every night they hang out smoking.
Maintenance is the only thing worth talking about. He is great but the rest can go.
