I have been living in this community for 1 1/2 years now. For the most part, everything is great. Management (Tammy and staff) are very professional, they respond to calls and requests in a timely manner. Each time I have placed a request for maintenance, it was taken care of by the next afternoon if not the same day. Maintenance (MG') is wonderful, he responds quick to any requests and follows up accordingly. I have also seen him go out of his way to help residents during inclement weather. Most of my neighbors have been pleasant as well.

The grounds are well kept, landscapers are at the community frequently.

The only major issue I have with this community is the parking. Since living here, my car has got many scratches and "dings" along the sides because the spaces are extremely small and very limited. There are a few large sized cars who try and squeeze their way into the spaces and in turn, the rest of the cars are not able to park correctly. Parking is most often a disaster.

All in all, I am very pleased with this community. Anyone who has nothing but complaints about The Crossings must bring the issues on themselves.
