I just moved into Dale Forest in October 2003. I have found the maint. people to be very nice, and the Office staff are not the nicest people around but you usually don't deal with them other than to sign your lease and pay your rent. I haven't seen one bug, or had any problems since I've moved in. They are not the nicest apartments around but for the price they are clean and ok to live in.
