As far as looks this is one of the best I have seen. The landscaping is very well kempt. I have seen insects about 1 a year, they have a very proactive. I lived there 2 years and my stay was relatively quiet. The location is great since they opened chelshire station across the street. Every time I asked for maintenance, it was completed when I got home the next day. And another thing is they pay all utilities except electric and phone, including cable. I would definately recommend it.
