Customer service is awful, maintenance is quick but often they don't really fix the problem. The apartments are definately the least expensive in the area, and they are clean and almost totally bug-free.

I've lived here nearly two years. The water is awful, with rusty grit in it (due to sedimentation in the pipes). I've complained about that and true to form, they come out immediately, fix it, then two days later it's back to the usual. There is plenty of parking.

There is no security of any sort, recently my car was broken into and when I told them about it and asked that they request periodic checks or drive throughs by the police, they told me that they would not ask the police to do so, but that I could ask if I wanted. They also told me it'd be a waste of my time to do so.

I can almost never hear my neighbors, but the noise from the street is sometimes very loud, especially at night.

Overall the apartments are definately not the best, but they are inexpensive. I'd recommend them for anyone who couldn't afford anything better... but if you can afford to go elsewhere, do so.
