I first lived here from 2000 to 2001 and then I lost my job after September 11th and had to move out. The rental office lady told me that I needed to give more notice to move out but when I explained my lay off situation she back dated the notice to vacate. I thought that was nice. While I was there I saw maybe one or two roaches and the neighbors were friendly and quiet. When I got back on my feet I moved there again but this time to the Brightwood section and those apartments are just as nice. This time I have yet to see a single pest except for the ones that get in through my windows somehow (I have a great view of the woods from my balcony). Whenever something is wrong in my apartment, it gets fixed promptly when I call customer service. My neighbors here are friendly and quiet (no noisy music or children that I can hear). I highly recommend living here and I will be renewing my lease in a couple of months. Cheers!
