Since last November the water pressure surges, and when you are in a hot shower that means "very hot" and "very cold", surging every 1 or 2 seconds. Its tough to jump in and out at that rate of speed!!! I have called this in 3 times, and paid personal visit to customer service and they called and say its fixed. The next time I turned on water, it was the same. Its terrible. Also, this place has the alltime thinnest floors of any place on earth. When your neighbor walks - your furniture moves, and if you are on the floor you bounce, and LOUD. They inspect your apt. for cleanliness, but no one inspecting them obviously. Another thing you need to consider, they have heating/ac units that are locked in a room on your patio deck, and they only change the filter once every 3 months. During winter this is way too long...but they don't care. Also the parking areas are "DARK", no lights no where.

Damn, it's been happening to me also!! It pisses me off in the morning when I'm trying to get ready for work.
