The first year I lived here, things were fine... except for the maintenance man that would show up without a request being made and then do no work (just ask me very personal questions). After several complaints, I believe he was finally fired.
Then, shortly after I renewed my lease, the upstairs neighbors from HELL moved in. I have sent five (5) certified letters complaining about my neighbors and quoted the lease violations in each. I have NEVER received a response and when I call, they tell me that the person I need to speak with is not in (convenient).
As of lately, when I call maintenance to fix one thing, another thing will be broken when I get home.
From reading the other reviews, I have not seen anyone hanging out in front or any drug activity... I think that may be an issue on a different side of the complex.

There is drug activity where I live constantly! Heavy traffic. Dealer lives right next door in next building!!

9yeartenant, do you live in the older rear section, because I live in the newer front section near leasing office and have yet to witness a drug deal.
