I have lived in Dale Forest for over a year now and have never had any problems with the water pressure, parking, gang activity or any of the other problems listed here.

I live in the front section which is a little more expensive than the rear section, and I am not sure where those complaining live as it is not specified. I will say that the apartments in the rear are cheaper, do not have washer/dryers and dishwashers and are a little more run down as the ones up front - this is why they are cheaper.

As for the person who mentioned "gang activity"... What activity did you witness and why was the police not called' My personal opinion is that you did not see any gang activity, probably just some young kids that just got their first apartment, and they probably weren't the right color for you...

My water pressure is fine - when I take a shower, the temperature stays the same as I set it when I first got in. No hot or cold surges. The tempature of the water might vary if you are doing laundry, have the dishwasher running or if your spouse happens to flush the toilet while you are in the shower.

Maintenance comes the day I call and the problem is taken care of right then and there. In one instance, they did come the following day.

Parking is plentiful and contrary to a previous post - there is plenty of lights in the area. I am not sure if this person may have lived in the rear section - which I have not been thru at night, but I know that in the front there ARE lights in the parking are as well as lights around the walkways and entrance areas to the buildings... If one of the lights is burned out you can report it maintenance.

I have never seen a bug in my apartment, but I do keep it extremely clean. I can tell you that anytime that maintenance comes in to check your filter, they do rate your apartment on cleanliness and leave you a copy of the rating. If you don't keep your apartment clean, you will hear from the front office.

There are some times older teens that do have their car radios a little loud, but that's anywhere you go. I have never had a problem during the weeknights.

I think that for the price, this is definately the best deal around. Heat and cable is included in the rent. I have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. I feel safe at all times and have a decent size apartment. No complaints from this lady!
