I just moved in to the other property called Brightwood Forest Apartments (a part of Dale Forst Apartments) and I have to say overall I do like the place. The complex is clean and well-kept. The apartment interior is very nice and clean. I don't like the carpet because it doesn't look like they cleaned it after the last tenant moved out. The price seems fair for the amenities, but I just wish electric was also included. There is one exception--my neighbors beside and above me. Beside me are heavy metal music with surround sound roomates and above me are the concrete-wearing shoes, loud brawling, rumbling like wrestlers couple. I don't think they realize how loud and annoying they are, and that they do have neighbors living under them. They are very inconsiderate people with no regards for others. I think if you are going to be that way, BUY YOUR OWN HOUSE for God's sake so you can make all the noise you want without disturbing your neighbors! It hasn't been a month and I'm dreading whatever else there is to come. I was truly deceived!!
