Oh my! When I first applied for the apt I was told that they are sold on a first come, first served basis, that no apts are held, even with a deposit. Okay...so I put my deposit down after looking at the apt I was interested in, and later received a call that I was approved to move in. Great, right! WRONG! A week, before I move in, I learn that my apt is "not ready yet". I got then current landlord to let me stay another week. That week came, we got a call from the office stating that our move-in date was set. So we show up, WITH OUR TRUCK, and are told again, that our apt wasn't ready. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, I learned that the spanish lady in the office WAS HOLDING AN APT for one of HER "kind" (she didn't know I am fluent in espanol!). When I argued, of course, she lied and said she wasn't holding the apt, but because she was, they tried to put me in a much more expensive apt...I told them if they wanted they could do so but I was only going to pay the rent amount we agreed to on the other apt....in about twenty minutes, my apt was ready.

They do NOT keep accurate records of your payments, they do NOT allow your children to play outside, they do NOT fix the washer & dryers in the units that don't have them inside (i know THIS because my inside unit was broken so I tried using the other building's machines...eventually I just went to the laundrymat.

BUT THE KICKER IS....I was "warned" that "if your a/c breaks, do not be surprised if we are unable to repair it during the summer months as everyone's units break in the summer"....this was the same for the heat too....and is a direct quote from the MANAGER!

I wouldn't recommend.

Oh my!!! My friend has just gone through the same thing. They told her she was approved to move in the apt, BUT today she gets a call saying that the previous tenants have decided not to move out!!!!!! So now she is S.O.L.
