Drug deals in the parking lots, every evening between 7 - 12.

A major drug dealer lived on my landing, every single evening he had a stream of druggies. I called the cops on him, they would not do anything unless the management called them.

The place is filled with all sorts of bugs.

The repairmen drink or are just mentally ill, they give the appearance of being drunk.

Toys are left all over the stairwells, lawns, etc. Nothing is done.

My apartment was so filthy when I moved in, i had to have a professional come and clean the kitchen, there was grease all over the cabinets and handles, it looked black and was sticky. After the cleaning crew, we discovered they were brass !!!

I lived there for over 10 years and I agree 100%. Maintenance is a joke and drugs a big problem.. Please do not move here especially if you have small children. Broken beer bottles allover the broken but recently painted 2 play areas. Just because you put on a fresh coat of paint does not make the play equipment safe! Pa thetic!! Manage ment SUCKs..
