We have lived in our apartment since June and have NOTHING but problems. The maintenance department is terrible and if you call they treat you like you are dumb. It took 4 calls to get our AC fixed during the 100 degree weather we had and they claimed that nothing was wrong with it. Now the roof is leaking and there are 2 large waterspots on my daughter's ceiling. One has actually grown mold. I call to report it and when they came out they said they would return the next day. It is now a week later and when I called again today since its been raining AGAIN the very unprofessional CSA said well what did they do last week, did they fix the roof'' I told her you tell me. They are clueless.
Also our washer/dryer combo unit blew the fuse last week and started smoking. When this was reported they said that all I had to do is reset the breaker. If it catches on fire I guess they will be responsible.
There has been 4 robberies in the apartment complex in the last 2 weeks and there is not adequate lighting in the parking area. Usually you have to park several buildings away from your own apartment and make a run for it. No security at all.
This place should be investigated and the whole maintenance department FIRED!!!We'll be moving when our lease is up and I warn anyone that plans on moving in to think twice.

I know what you mean.. Get out as soon as possible. I hope you don't have small kids.
