I only have one problem with my apartment and it's that it faces a major road and the noise from the traffic is horrible. Other than that i'm happy. Compared to other apartments in Woodbridge the rent is great for what you get. Most of the apartments have become income restricted and I make too much money to live there. Dale Forest has just about everything I want in an apartment and the rent is affordable. I just renewed my lease.

DF sucks!! Management Sucks! Maintenance Sucks !! There are many Sex Offenders in the complex. Just before I moved a resident had just kidnapped a little girl and was on the run. We got no notice from the Management staff. Please warn all residents!!!!! Be safe and keep bothe eyes open!!!!
