we didnt even get a chance to live here, the apartments looked nice and welcoming and they acted like they wanted to give us the apartment and took our depostit and made us sign a contract saying they took it. the next day they called us saying that we had bad credit, when we dont. they then told us that we couldnt get our deposit back if we dont have the copy of the contract we signed, luckily we did, and when we told them that we did they acted mad and upset that we had kept it so they wouldnt get to keep our money. the place itself wasnt bad and the staff was nice at first but i now belive they may be scam artists trying to get your application fee and the deposit you have to pay upfront even before they check your credit.
