I've lived here for 4 years. The first two went well. The last two, not so much. Some of the information written in the past reviews are true. I have occasionally heard something like helicopers or planes over head, seen some suspicious activity, seen gang signs, smelled an unusual odor from a neighboring apartment as well as an odor from the water. Maintenance has usually come when I've called, but sometimes, the problem was not completely fixed and I had to call again. I think some things are normal for apt buildings, i.e. the noise from other apartments.
If you are looking for cheap rent, okay accomodations and don't have a neighborhood preference, this apartment complex is the best in Woodbridge.
