I currently live here in the Brightwood Forest Apartments which is a part of Dale Forest Apartments. I've lived here for 3 years, and from the first week I moved in, I painfully realized that the floors between apartments are literally paper thin. Don't let the carpeted floors fool you! The noises are unbearable. The loud insane bangings and stompings start as early as 5am every morning. You hear everything. My mistake was to live in a middle apartment. If I had the finance, I would have moved 2 years ago, but I don't. Trust me I'm working hard on it. I have complained and wrote several complaint letters (as required) to management. I also had to call the police on many occasions. To date, no response from management and the noises of the inconsiderate neighbor continues. It's Sunday morning, 6am early, and I am awaken by loud bangs that echoes through the apartment. You would think I should be used to it by now, but I'm not. One this I can tell you about this place is people don't stay very long. Since I've lived here, I've had thre different neighbors living above me, four living next door to me and a combined five living across the hall in the two apartments in front of mine. That should tell you how this place is. Management DO NOT CARE! All they're interested in is getting my rent. This latest neighbor above me is out of control, and management has done NOTHING to remedy their constant disturbances. I hate it here and cannot wait to move!!! All I can say to future renters is be wary and be ready to call the cops...good luck!
