I'VE LIVED HERE NOW FOR 8 MONTHS. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL!! EVERY SERVICE REQUEST MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE ADDRESSED WITH THE STAFF. THE MAINTENANCE DEPT HAS TAKEN CARE OF THEM. THE GREAT PART ABOUT IT, THEY LEAVE A COMPUTERIZED RECEIPT THAT THEY HAVE ENTERED YOUR APARTMENT "THIS IS WHAT I RESPECT!" WHICH, I'VE LIVED AT CERTAIN PLACES AND YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW- UNTIL SOMETHING YOU'VE NOTICED HAD BEEN MOVED. WE REALLY COULDN'T HAVE PICK A BETTER PLACE TO CALL "HOME" EVERYONE IS SO FREINDLY AND NEIGHBORLY...
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LAKE RIDGE STAFF!!! MY REALTOR REFERRED US W/ LONG AND FOSTER "LINDA" KUDOS TO YOU!!! EVERYTHING YOU SAID IS TRUE!!!
