If I could rate this place on a negative scale I would. Not one of my maintenance requests has been fixed in months. The representatives in the office keep giving me the run around. They say I will be put on the emergency list and be helped the next day. It has been almost four months since the inital request.

When I first moved here I loved the place. People were friendly and requests were answered in an adequste amount of time. I'm not sure what has happened to cause such a drastic decline in customer service. Because I've not seen any sign of change, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
