You should've seen the last tenants' notice they sent out. It was full of grammatical and spelling errors. That pretty much sums up the quality of the current management team. They are forgetful and unattentive.

I would've highly recommended this community two years ago but would never now. Complaints are ignored. Construction is shoddy and showing its age. Rents are well above markets rates. Crime is creeping into the community. Unsavory characters are strolling through the community at all hours. Parking is inadequate for some locations. Trash litters the grounds. I could go on and on.
