Unruly teens have taken over the community, thus the need for all the police calls. Lighting upgrades have been promised for ages.

The staff is very forgetful. You don't see it now, but give it time. Maintenance is pretty good, I'll give you that.

As for the occupancy rates, they are actually lower than they have been for a long time. There are several available units currently, just check the UDRT website. There used to be a long waiting list but no more.

The rents have increased outside of market rates and inflation. Long-time residents didn't choose the astronomical rents they're asking for now. Your comment is silly.

You can get a brand new 2/2 apartments in Woodbridge with new appliances and carpet for under $1200, but Dominion wants $1350 for units constructed in 1987. Just doesn't add up.
