I've been reading all the reviews here with great interest. We moved in about six months ago and think the place is so-so.

Office Staff - nice enough but forgetful. I've never heard anything about having to put maintenance requests in writing. That's crazy. Packages are left on the counter unprotected.

Parking - depends on your building. Parking is scarce in buildings closest to All Saints and Old Bridge. On the back side, parking is wide open.

Cleanliness - not too bad, but the main recycling bin overflows (this is a new occurence).

Foot Traffic - Lots of skateboarders and kids - some nice / some loud. As this is near two schools and a shopping center, there are lots of people passing through.

Fitness Center - a total joke

The apartments - good layouts but a little small. Windows are incredibly cheap. Walls and floors are also thin. The appliances except for washer and dryer are nice. They appear to be about 10 years older than the rest. The half-size water heater is also a mistake - we always run out when showering.

Maintenance - good and usually prompt.

The rent - bad value

Overall - 4 out of 10

what I meant by putting a mainteneance request in writing is that I leave for work before the office is open, and get home after it's closed, So I drop a note in the slot on my way to work in the morning, and it's done when I get home.
