I have lived in my apartment for 8 months and have had a positive experience. It has not been perfect, but no home comes without issues. When I have had a problem the office staff has been great about getting someone to my apartment quick to fix the issue. I have not met many neighbors, but I do travel frequently for business. The people I have talked to are friendly. I have never had complaints towards others about noise on the weekend or when I am home. My lease is up in four more months and I know I will stay at least one more year.
