yes these apartments are very nice looking but it is just a bluff over total crap-and a sorry excuse for the ridiculous price of rent. the apartments are nice inside until you realize how cheap everything is. the 24 "fitness" center has 3 broken, ancient machines, i still have holes in my walls from the last renter.
my #1 complaint however is with the staff. and one lady in particular. i used to work late, night hours and lived by myself, but there was no light in the back of building which faces woods. i felt very unsafe walking up to my apartment every night-it took them 6 months to get a light installed. when i called about the tenants who didn't pick up their dog wastes i came home to a flier on my door telling me to pick up after my pet-which i don't even have!
i am a student and unfortunately at one time was late on my rent but you get one freebie-but when i called she claimed that my bank served with an NSF fee of 50 dollars that was going to be added on to my rent. i called my bank and was told no such thing existed. when i finally got her back on the phone again after she didn't return my message i confronted her and she did admit that it usually didn't happen.
that is the reason i will not be renewing my lease. i can deal with my complaints taking forever and some shoddy carpentary work, but not with a lack of integrity/dealing with a total LIAR.

I actually visited middle ridge about a month ago I really dont know about the quality of the apartments however The staff sucks!!! I was supossed to receive a refund check and its been a month so far no one in the office has returned my calls and I have been leaving several NICE mesages soon it will get ugly!!! I am so glad that I will not but stuck with a lease from these unprofessional SOB's
