I've been here about 2 years and I've never had any problems. I've had problems at other apartment complexes in the same area, but this complex is actually pretty good in comparison. The worst thing that has happened was a loud party that happened one night, but the police were called and it was over in about 1 hour. I would recommend this place to my friends, because in my 2 years I have had nothing but good experiences.
