The complex wasn't as bad as it's gotten over the past 2 years. Always management turnovers and there's absoutely no reliability in what they say. It seems that the maintenance people are always changing. There are people sitting outside in the parking lot in cars drinking alcohol and using drugs so it's not a safe place for children to play and there was recently a car chase through the complex caused by one of the residents. They have apartments that have 10-13 people living in them who have about 6 cars so that is a big problem when it comes to parking. the management is aware yet refuses to do anything. I understand one of the managers children who is a teen held a knife to a 10 year olds throat yet they're still permitted to live here.

-Dangerous place overall with the police activity and the drugs and alcohol.
