I am a three year tenant at Dominion Middle Ridge. I will be leaving when my lease expires in January. My overall experience for the majority of my lease term has been good. A turnover of Management in July has caused the property to quite frankly go to hell. The office staff does not know if it is day or night. CLUELESS!!The grounds are not kept up, there is always a shortage of maintenance staff therefore things are not being repaired properly or promptly. I am very dissapointed in the poor surroundings I am forced to live in. Emily and Tammy....why did you leave us''' Things were good with the former staff, although it was obvious the company refused to spend a penny on any type of activity or property improvement, the former staff was welcoming, pleasant and competent. Now, we have a Manager, Jay, who is spread so thin over two communities, we rarely see him, and an ever changing staff of idiot leasing consultants who don't know which way is up, and an Assistant Manager that just should not be in the position she is in. Things are bad. I would not suggest moving here.
