As a multi-year tennant, I have to agree with most of the reviews I have read. There have been several management turn-overs leading to a disjointed team. In the last three months, there have been three managers.
I have never have a maintenance request responded to on the first call. It usually takes three. Over the years, I decided it was less of a pain to do most of the maintenance myself.
I do not have much good to say about this complex except it is close to a par 3 golf course.
It could be much better if United Dominion would re-think its management strategy and spend some money for repairs and improvements.
