Definitely not worth the money we spent on rent. The place was always freezing, the walls are paper thin, the appliances continually broke down and the management staff was useless. In one instance an HVAC unit right outside my bedroom broke down and was making loud grinding and banging noises in the middle of the night. When I called to complain I was told "Sometimes they just do that." After three weeks of complaining and getting no sleep I actually had to take a portable tape recorder outside, tape the noises it was making and play the tape for the management staff and threaten legal action to get someone to fix the problem. I even had one member of the management staff living above me...it was so much fun to listen to her and her boyfriend have screaming matches in the middle of the night...that is when they weren't blasting their music. But when the person above you is part of the management WHO DO YOU COMPLAIN TO'!'!'! Needless to say nothing happened when I did call to complain about that one. Don't waste your time and money.
