Maintance Stinks Here

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
In the past three weeks the airconditioning has failed four times. They just keep reloading the coolant and then it runs for a few days before once again blowing out hot air. Not very pleasant to pay $1100 per month for a one bedroom apartment with no cooling, especially in the 85 temperatures we've had the past few weeks!

I like the location, but you pay a whole lot to get very little by way of space and maintance is terrible.
