We moved from CA and love it here! Rent is well based on what you get. Office staff is great to work with. This was to only place that had no dog breed restrictions. It mattered to them how friendly your dog is not what breed. Maintenance is not too bad, but could use a little work. Quit complex with plenty of parking. Right next to a park with a lake!But you have to drive your trash to the dumpster on the complex, so if you don't live close then your screwed.
