The management has taken yet another change. this is going to be disasterous for the community as the last manager took time with the residents and was able to bring things back to where they need to be and he made it even better. This is yet another blunder by United Dominion Realty. the prices here are ridiculous and these people pass on -every- cost to the tennant they possibly can. they charge for malfunctioning alarm systems (even though mine has been off for a few years), trash, water and anything else they can think of. These people who are posting positive things are people who work here (it's obvious).

Do NOT consider this place for long or short term. There are better places to live.
