Every time we get a management change this place goes downhill. The last manager made a positive impact on DMR. I'm sure it is downhill from here. United Dominion Realty and Trust doesn't know the first thing about apartment home management.

Also, I've never resided in an apartment community that passes on every little cost to the occupants but these people do. They nickle and dime you to death.
