There's not anyone who lives here who would make such a post. Especially with such a high rating for such a dump. United Dominion Realty don't know the first thing about apartment home management nor do they give a crap about the residents. I've witnessed this time and time again as I have lived here for a few years and I find Tammy to be incompetent in about every aspect of apartment management along with the rest of her staff. The maintenance men don't speak English, they let the dogs roam and there are feeces everywhere from them, the dumpster is always full so the trash is constantly left beside it (what a nice view) and there are constantly police here for all sorts of reasons. From domestic violence cases to SIDS to assault on children by residents and attempted murder. This is by no means a safe place to raise a family or to even consider living.

Apartment management, stop posting nonsense and let the readers read the truth.

I (as a reader) must agree. Although I don't live there any longer, I also find United Dominion Realty a very bad apartment management company. I always had serious probelsm while I lived there from 1999 to 2001. I would not recommend Dominion Middle Ridge. the community has grown violent.

I would agree as well. We've lived there for 3 years and it's gotten worse. Now we have people building fences behind there apartments and people parking in the breezeways. If you complain they ignore you. Nobody should have to live with all of this going on. Dominion needs to get there act together before they lose all of their tenant who actually pay their rent on time.
