"Beautiful Community" probably works in the front office, or she's on crack, because that's the only way she'd utter such nonsense. The place looks nice on the outside, but the apartment is another story. Much is broken or breaking, including a horribly cracked/split ceiling from a water leak--the solution' paint over it! The maintenance man is nice but overworked as I'm sure the one person in the front office is (who I believe is also the only one at the other property a few miles down the road). I feel like I'm being robbed every time I write a rent check.
